1. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. 
2. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with insightful analysis and commentary. 
3. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. 
4. Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial reporting systems. 
5. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions. 
6. Manage, mentor, and develop the management accounting team to enhance their skills and performance. 
7. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
7. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
