- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the production line, including preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment upgrades 
- Analyse production data and equipment performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation 
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to minimise downtime and maximise output 
- Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management 
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to address and resolve issues that impact the production line 
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of production line equipment, maintenance best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
6. Familiarity with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
7. Proficiency in Thai and English languages, both written and verbal
