• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
   
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with insightful analysis and commentary.
   
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
   
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial reporting systems.
   
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
   
• Manage, mentor, and develop the management accounting team to enhance their skills and performance.
   
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

3. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.7. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
